Innovation Bootcamp is a course of 6 workshops designed to help innovation leaders embed a culture and programme of innovation into their organisations.

Participate in our hands-on workshops to access the resources you need to successfully build, implement and drive impactful innovation across your organisation.
Each workshop is limited to the first 40 sign-ups on a first-come, first-served basis.
Throughout the whole innovation programme, it’s important to measure, test and refine how your initiative is performing. Yet the question of how best to measure the results challenges innovation leads across the globe, regardless of their industry or seniority. There is no right or wrong answer and the most appropriate metrics for your organisation will depend on your innovation goals as well as the critical success factors that we’ll be defining in the first part of our bootcamp.
Having a clearly established reporting strategy will enable you to quickly identify any parts of the innovation workflow (which we’ll be designing in our second workshop) that are not performing as expected, which challenges are attracting more ideas and why. Reporting and analytics can also help you to improve your internal communications plan in order to drive even higher engagement with your innovation initiative.
The next challenge is to implement these metrics. Announcing the metrics to your executives is not enough. To ensure success, the process requires careful planning, tracking and development on an ongoing basis.
In this workshop, you’ll discover:
- What metrics and KPIs you should care about
- How to develop a detailed reporting strategy
- How often you should circulate the report to your key stakeholders
