Participate in our hands-on workshops and online virtual events to access the resources you need to successfully build, implement and drive impactful innovation across your organisation.
From the first two workshops, you now have clearly defined innovation goals and a robust innovation workflow. Now you can start exploring ways to collect ideas to enter the top of our innovation funnel.
To get the most out of your innovation initiative and to ensure you are attracting only the most promising ideas from the start, you need to craft innovation challenges and crowdsource targeted and focused ideas from your colleagues or external stakeholders.
In Part 3 of our Innovation Bootcamp we are going to look at your strategic company goals that you’ve defined in Part 1 and then we will be extracting innovation challenges based on them. Clearly aligned innovation challenges with your business objectives are more likely to get your stakeholders’ attention and engagement because people will know their ideas are going to be looked at and if actioned – going to have a tangible impact on your organisation.
Another crucial component of an innovation challenge is a carefully thought through reward and recognition programme. Why? Because it encourages participation and active contribution towards strengthening your overall innovation strategy. It also helps to create and embed an innovation culture in your organisation where employees and external stakeholders feel listened to and acknowledged for their participation. That’s why as part of this virtual online workshop we will also guide you through shaping a reward and recognition programme that drives ongoing engagement with your innovation challenges as well as with a wider innovation initiative.
After completing this virtual workshop, you will have a clear understanding of how an innovation challenge should look and how to craft one of your own. You will also have a good grasp on how to align innovation challenges to your business objectives and prioritise them over time. Moreover you will also be fully equipped to design a unique reward and recognition programme that will to drive high, ongoing engagement with your innovation challenges.
